Finding Chef Carlin was like finding a unicorn ! I had been searching for a vendor that could give us bite size appetizers of my hubby favorite dishes. All the other proposals only had traditional catering items.

         I was Looking for something that was unique and would go with our James Bond Themed Bday Party!!We are total foodies and since I was planning his surprise 40th bday party I knew everything had to be just perfect. From the moment I spoke to chef I knew he was the man for the job. He was detailed on the menu, asked all the right questions, quickly sent me a proposal, worked on a beautiful presentation and communicated with my event planner and myself every step of the way.

        The day of the party, my guest kept asking me where did I order the food from. Quality food, beautiful presentation and above all the love ️ put into his work. For the kids he did a spin off of his famous Mac n cheese skillet and chicken fingers, it was the BEST!! Everything on the menu was delicious!!! The pairing of the micro greens, sauces etc were totally on point! Excellence on every level!! 5 stars all the way! Thank you Chef Carlin and your amazing team! You made my vision a reality!
